Add config 'Display and count articles from child categories'

Description
When this option is enabled in parent category must:
1) be articles from child categories,
2) be counter of articles which are in parent and all the child categories.
If this option is disabled in parent category must be:
1) articles only from parent category,
2) counter of articles which are only in parent category.
