Add 'Send email notification?' on Edit Item page

Description

We need to have this feature due to the fact that on every Edit Item Page email is sent to member after click on 'Save' button (even if Administrator makes some small changes).
This feature should be done in the form of a checkbox (yes - email will be sent, no - email will not be sent).
