The sitemap is not generating all levels of available url

ie:

in the web directory in doesn`t generate the listing level
category level is generated but all listings are not.

the events plugin only generates the the url events/ and
and event/ doesnt generate the actual event url thats posted.

Options for excluding some urls from the map would be nice
like add/ edit pages etc
