Description

It would be great to create a way to include tpl file for smarty blocks while block creation without {include} function. It's requested for both template/plugin/package installation. It should be pretty similar to the external mysql file import.

The Feature is added with revisions [2239] - [2243].

New columns added for the `blocks` table: `external`, `filename`.
To include a file into a block during the installation of any extra item the «block» tag should contain «filename=""» parameter.
The path to the file contains all folders except the Subrion root folder and its parents. Example:

filename="plugins/some_plugin/templates/common/block_file.tpl"

Files can be included only into php and smarty blocks.
