Description

Use EXT calendar in admin panel for all date fields. In some plugins jQuery plugin is used.

This feature should be implemented when we start working on the new admin panel, we will need to use Bootstrap datepickers, etc. It's non actual now as we will need to make changes in the version again and again!

Please discuss all pro et contra to use Bootstrap vs ExtJS datepickers.
