Implement a separate page that can allow to generate different RSS feeds
There should be a separate page to generate syndication links, users can choose what RSS they need - Popular Articles, Sport Articles etc.
Also needs to be done the feature to include the list of possible RSS feeds to the HEAD section of a main page in order to let the visitor's browser to display the list of site's RSS feeds to the user.
