Description
I analyzed top article directories, they are displaying alternative ads when adult words found in articles.
We need a filter like the same to enable and disable Google adsense in the article pages.
If filtered word not found in article, system should have to display Google adsense. Else, it has to display alternative ad provided by Admin.
