Sometimes we might need a way to request funds from members. This could be a custom payment, assigned to products, etc.

It would be great to have a way to generate an invoice. We need two extra options:
1. Setting to prevent invoice cancellation on payment page
2. Notes

There should be an option to send email notification to payer when invoice created.
